We want you to love your Sunday Club pieces. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Return window
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached and in their original packaging.
Free returns
Returns are free. Once your return is approved, we’ll email you a prepaid return shipping label along with the return address.
How to start a return
Reach out through our Contact page with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return, and we’ll send you next steps.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time to appear on your statement.
Exchanges
Need a different size or colour? Start a return for the original item and place a new order, or contact us and we’ll help arrange an exchange.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We’ll replace it or refund you in full at no cost to you.
Non-returnable items
Gift cards and final-sale items are not eligible for return. For hygiene reasons, we’re unable to accept returns on worn intimates.
